1Fill in the fixture details
For each fixture, enter:
- Fixture width — e.g. 1m, 1.5m, 2m
- Fixture type — e.g. Mud, Bergerie, gondola, tower
- Number of stores (optional) — in how many stores this fixture appears
- Planogram updated periodically? — yes or no
2Upload the files
Each fixture has three upload areas. Click or drag & drop files into them.
- Planogram (required) — PDF, PNG, JPG or AI
- Article data / EAN (required) — Excel (.xlsx) or CSV with EAN code, article name, internal article number and shelf position
- Additional files (optional) — anything else specific to this fixture
3Add more fixtures
Click "Add fixture for ASW" at the bottom of the fixture list to add another one. Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each fixture. You can add as many as you need.
Example: 3 fixtures
Fixture 1 — 1m — Mud
Fixture 2 — 2m — Bergerie
Fixture 3 — 0.5m — Gondola endcap
Tip: Name your files like Brand_Retailer_Width_Type (e.g. Brand_ASW_1M_Mud.pdf) so we can process them faster.
4Submit
When the progress bar reaches 100%, click "Submit data". Wait for the green confirmation screen — that is your confirmation, no email is sent.
